To who it may concern:
On March 17th 2011, our St. Patrick’s Day event “St. Party’s Day”, took over Toronto with an all-day, authentic St. Patrick’s Day celebration, we hosted over 3,000 people at the 10,000 square foot showroom space in the historic St. Lawrence market north building. We had an 80 ft bar, Irish bands, Irish car bombs and a lot of Irish spirit. We received nation wide news coverage, and are planning the second annual “St. Party’s Day” event, even bigger and better.
We would like to ask for your support by posting our link (http://www.stpartysday.com/) on your website, and join us in lobbying the federal government to make St. Patrick’s Day a statutory holiday every year!
Sign the St. Party’s Day petition here:
http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/stpartysday/
We appreciate your support, and Look forward to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day next year on Saturday March 17th, 2012!
It would be greatly appreciated if you could confirm you have received this email. Thank you!
Take care,

Hello SG Holiday,
My name is Patrice and I’m the Business and Projects Intern at VML Qais.
This year our agency is responsible for the Singapore Government’s Total Defence campaign. We also manage the campaign website called ‘It’s My Turn’ (www.itsmyturn.sg).
The highlight of the ‘It’s My Turn’ website is ‘Participate’.
Here, everybody is welcome to create an event supporting a social cause or initiative and to invite people along to pledge and participate. Currently we have a few interesting social initiatives being promoted like ‘Rebuild Boys Town’ (supporting at-risk youth and abused children in Singapore) and ‘Visit A Local Bookstore’ (supporting smaller, local and niche bookstores in Singapore).
This is where we would like to involve you.
On behalf of the Total Defence team, I would like to invite you and SG Holiday followers to create a social initiative or event promoting SG Holiday on the ‘It’s My Turn’ website. It would be a great way to gain new followers whilst raising awareness on the social causes that you or followers are passionate about.
This month we will be short listing some of the most popular social initiatives in a voting competition. The Top 3 initiatives will have a chance to attend a social media workshop conducted by one of Singapore’s leading digital agencies. There will also be prize draws including package holidays.
For more information hop over to http://itsmyturn.sg/participate and start creating your social initiative!
You can also “Like” us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/ConnexionSG.
Thank you very much for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kindest Regards,
Patrice.
