Puasa is meant to train the Muslims’ patience and make them do good deeds in the hope that the goodness will keep spreading for the following months after Ramadan.
In the end of Puasa, Muslims usually celebrates their victory over carnality. In some countries, the end of Ramadan (Hary Raya or Eid al-Fitr) becomes the most celebrated holidays when people decorate their houses, wear new clothes, and gather with all family members.
